Is a contract required?

No. Flexibility is key. Side. does not require a contract for any period of use. If your company prefers a contract, we are happy to provide one or accept yours, but we do not require one.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You're in control. Cancel your monthly subscription at any time and your credit card will not be charged beyond that month. If you have an annual billing subscription, please reach out to one of our success managers to adjust your billing settings.
